Are you our new special educator at Guteskolan?

For the autumn term of 2026, we are looking for a special educator, 100% for Guteskolan's operations. Part of the position will be in preschools, primary school, and high school. The position may be combined depending on qualifications.

As a special educator, you will be part of Guteskolan's student health team and support educators in developing action plans. The special educator helps facilitate learning in school for students who need special support. It is also beneficial if you have expertise in educational aids.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special educator.

As a person, we seek someone who is flexible and has an easy time collaborating. You are good at communicating and can inspire both students and colleagues. We want you to enjoy working both independently and in teams.

To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working with young people and be engaged in their school experience and education. We see that you have a good ability to meet each student based on different conditions and needs. You need to be structured and clear while also being receptive.

Much of the work is done together with colleagues, so collaboration and knowledge exchange will be an important part of the daily job.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

About Guteskolan

Guteskolan is an independent primary school within Guteskolan AB. We started in 2007. Guteskolan AB currently has about 350 students in primary school, 250 students at the high school level, and 130 children in preschool.

Any profit that Guteskolan AB makes is fully reinvested in the operations.

The atmosphere and mood at the school are relaxed and pleasant, which is one of the reasons why the relationship between teachers and students is so good.

Guteskolan's primary school has a focus on movement and health and places extra emphasis on reading at all levels. All students are offered breakfast and have extra movement every day. Scheduling is done in blocks, which means longer lesson periods in each subject.

A probationary period of 6 months applies.
